Real Property Transactions and Disputes
Scott Miller and Robin Kahn have represented hundreds of property owners, landlords and tenants in a variety of legal matters including but not limited to commercial and residential eviction cases, property leasing (negotiation as well as the drafting of the lease), defending residential and commercial foreclosure actions, actions for partition of real property, and actions for specific performance of real estate contracts. Over the many years that they have practiced real estate law, they have assisted both property owners and tenants at real estate administrative hearings before the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR), the New York State Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) and the New York City Environmental Control Board (ECB).
